WHAT IS BREATHWORK ?

Breathwork is a powerful form of active breathing meditation that can help you reduce stress & anxiety, release suppressed emotions & trauma, bring about insight, emotional balance, and connection to others and spirit.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

There are many different types of breathwork but this particular style is all done breathing through an open mouth while lying down. This technique involves a continuous inhale and exhale with no pauses and is fully guided during the process. You are fully aware of all that is happening and always supported by my experienced and loving guidance. No previous experience required.

HOW DOES THE SESSION GO?

Each private one-on-one breathwork session is tailored specifically to you, your intentions and your healing needs.

One Core Healing Breathwork Session (90 Mins) : $100

A Package of 3 Sessions (3 x 75 Mins) : $250

It is generally recommended that you commit to 3 Breathwork Sessions as a way to facilitate the deep work necessary to bring about healing on all levels –physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Whatever life issues brought you to Breathwork, your sessions will provide a clearing process to create change and transformation.
